This Shipping Policy applies to all orders delivered within the United Kingdom. At this time we ship exclusively within the United Kingdom and do not currently offer international shipping. We aim to offer a clear and reliable delivery experience.

1. Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is free on all orders across all markets. There are no additional handling fees at checkout.

2. Processing & Delivery Times

Processing time: 1-3 business days

Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days after dispatch

Total shipping time: 4-8 business days

Order cut-off time: 12:00 PM (GMT), London time

Orders are fulfilled through our trusted logistics partners. Depending on stock availability, products may be dispatched from warehouses within the United Kingdom or the European Union. This does not affect delivery times, pricing, or customer rights. Delivery times may vary due to carrier volume, weather, or local conditions, but most orders arrive within the stated window.

You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched. ou can also track your order at any time using your order number and email address, or your tracking number, on our Track Your Order page.

3. Customs & Import Fees

UK customers will not be charged additional customs or import fees on delivery.

4. Address Changes

If you need to change your delivery address, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After dispatch, address changes are no longer possible.

5. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. You may still return the items under our Refund Policy.
