Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We provide free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. Style delivered free of charge.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 4–8 business days (Monday to Friday) after dispatch. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel has been shipped. You can also track your order at any time using your order number and email address, or your tracking number, on our Track Your Order page.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now we ship to the USA, UK, and France. We want to make sure every order gets the attention it deserves, and we are focused on serving these destinations really well. If we expand to new countries, you will hear about it first.
What is the return policy?

How long do refunds take?

I didn’t receive my order what should I do?
Start by checking your tracking link sent to your email at the time of dispatch. You can also track your order at any time using your order number and email address, or your tracking number, on our Track Your Order page. If more than 8 business days have passed and your parcel still has not arrived, email us at support@veloirelondon.com and we will investigate immediately.
Can I update or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, changes may still be possible. Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order at support@veloirelondon.com and we will do our best to help.
